Went in with an overheating radiator problem. No problem to fix it they said... $817.23 please. Don't want it fixed? $105 for diagnostics please. Took the car home and looked at it myself. Turned out to be a $30 part, which required no tools and 15 minutes to replace. Yep, "the Butler did it!" They've convinced me to NEVER do business there again. Returned after 2.5 years – its changed. Used to be 1 guy and no pressure. Now 4 guys and a list of “needed” services. $160 for oil changes and new air cabin filter is gouging – they just lost an old customer.

They are not dealer alternative. They will rip you off with a smile. They even higher than any dealership and would not brink an eye about it. I regret for trusting them with my Lexus rx330. Never again! Always get a second opinion for any major auto repair or maintenance work. I have learned my lessons.

I came in recently for an oil change and tune up. They told me I had a cracked motor head and needed to replace the serpentine belt. Total cost for all being over $1000! Took it to the dealership to find the extras Butler said we're incorrect. Looking at the belt myself I see it's fine. I no longer trust this location.

I took my car here over and over for the same thing always told it's a different problem sometimes within days spent over 1500.00 dollars they still haven't fix the problem I call around got a mobile mechanic who have just about resolved the issues for a quarter of what they were asking butler said I needed my number 4 coil replace that's a laugh I had that replaced at the dealer they charged me over 300.00 for that now they saying it's Number 2 wants over 400.00 no way do your research. Engine on light no butler can't do it commercial is a joke.

all the these man at butler automotive cant fix jack...i took my car there 5 damn times and the only thing they fix is my wallet.. EDDIE BUTLER IS RUDE AZZ HELL AND BLAMES YOU FOR ALL THE CRAP THEY SAY THEIR GOING TO FIX AND DONE . EVEN AFTER 5 TIMES. IF I WAS YOU DONE TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE, TRUST ME,DON'T...I PAID OVER $3000 DOLLARS AND GUESS WHAT MY CAR STILL DONT WORK...YOU DO THE MATH..EDDIE TOLD ME TO SELL IT.IT NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOUR SPENDING AFTER CHARGING $3000 DOLLARS,AINT THAT ABOUT A B....

Would be a five star review except for one problem: Cliff. Not professional at all. Techs are great. Other Service advisors are great. Cliff not so great. Love to support local businesses but this guy kills it with his attitude.

My car went out on me without even a sign. I called Butler Automotive and they picked up the car, found the problem, repaired it, worked out a payment plan, and picked me up when it was done. How great is that! There prices are reasonable and they seem to understand that times are hard and they will not try to break you after they fix your car.
