Monster Pets

I am very disappointed with this place iv been in the fish hobby for the past 20 years and im sick of seeing stores like this rip off people. There is a few employees that have some knowledge the rest are just bad. Majority of the fish are sick, alot of dead fish in tanks they don't stand by there buy back policy and the female red head manager just plain out sucks ! I spend $100 a week there and just because of her I started taking my business to aquarium center and for my reptile needs I just order on line! Beware of what you buy there just there to make $$ and will sell you anything just for that.. and the prices on most fish and reptiles are very high for the market!

I am the proud parent of one dog, three cats and one Oscar. they always have in stock everything that I need from the fish food fish filters to cat food dog food treats and supplies to keep the fleas and ticks off of my pets. the customer service is excellent! I had purchased 2 fish filters for my 30 gallon tank for my one fish and they had a lifetime warranty on them. and the Snyders blue at the same time and I return them to monster pets and they gave me no problems as I save my boxes and I was able to get a new fish filter for my Oscar. a week later the new filter had burned out as well so I returned it again and they gave me a better price on yet a better product! employees there are all well educated in their departments, and can easily point out any item it is that you're looking for. it is the only store that I go to to shop for my pets, and take it from me I love my pets as they were my children! so if you want to go to a store that has everything you need from A to Z then you want to go to Monster Pets!!

I want to thank Sarah for helping me out that one day I was with my dog getting him wash. Everyone you must go there and get help from her she is a amazing women. She used her own card for the dog wash. My card wasn't working and she just used her card. I went to wawa and repayed her back but that not the point. Sarah is one amazing person and I am glad I served my 5 yrs in the Marines for people like her.

Took my springer to get groomed after 4 Mrs of hard hunting.these people dealt know there business my dog looks outstanding.Susan is the best! Thank you all
