I bought a washer and dryer from them for 979.00 and was promised it would be brand new . Boy did they play me . My washer doesn't wash clothes it just make noise and my dryer just taking up space. The crazy part is I haven't had it for a week yet . Purchased it on 3/21 was delivered on 3/24 washing clothes on 3/27 and it dont work . The water dont even fill up and it keep stopping . Like come on ppl fix this mess .

I will never shop at this store again. We recently bought 2 air conditioners. The delivery was not made when they promised and the price was higher than original quoted price and had to pay extra. When I asked the saleman, Ken, the reason for the extra charge, he became angry and said I don't have to buy it and they'll ship it back to the warehouse. I had no time to waste and I ended up paying the extra payment. I felt bullied by this salesman. I don't know how they can treat customers in such manner and stay in business. I will tell anyone who'll listen that this is a terrible store and not to patronize them.

On Mother's Day 2014 we went to buy an new clothes dryer for Mom she is 84 years old. When we arrived I dropped Mom at the door where three salesmen sat starring out the windows ( no customer's in store). They all sat and watched as Mom tried to get threw the double doors with her cane. I was parking the truck and was entering just behind her when she finally made it to hear her ask doesn't anyone help an old lady by opening a door for her.

The salesman John (who does not have a last name and long grey hair 60's throw back) said no that's what you have your son for.



When John tried to bum rush us to buy "today" we choose to leave. We bought Moms dishwasher there and she wanted to get the new dryer from them also. Well the customer service went from poor to insulting of both Mom and myself. I was wearing a T shirt from Scouting ( I am a Scout Master) and John continued is immature behavior and insulted me about Scouting. I would say to stay away, shop anywhere else and let these salesperson's go back to looking out the window as this seems to be the qualification to work there.

Worst customer service ever. Been trying to have my ice maker, which I purchased an extended warranty for, fixed for 18 months. Had 7 service appointments and manager will not honor warranty for replacement. Would never buy from them again. If you do, just hope you never have any problems or need service. Been promised call backs over and over with no call. Would much rather spend my money at a store that values by business and honors their warranties.

Overall I had a great experience, and they made the whole process very easy. Saved alot! No hidden fees, free install, free removal and free delivery, plus saved 3.5%... Something to keep in mind when comparing with the other guys... Overall, Highly recommend

My father dropped out his microwave there and when they were told to return to pick it up, the store associate had said they had to look for it.. Four days later, still no sign of the microwave. The down fall about this situation is that my father did not get a receipt when dropping the microwave off, so there for theres no proof, only the fact that we now do NOT have a microwave. After further investigation, I have found my father is not the only one ripped off by this business. Hopefully they rip off the wrong person and get closed down!!!
