Please do not go here!!! Worst experience ever dealing with my car.

I was on my way to work and my car was thumping loudly and pulling me into the other lane. I looked up the closest auto repair shop and drove to Kelly's with ky hazards on at 10mph. I explained what had happened and that I didn't feel safe driving and wanted them to take a look at it. They called me a little later saying that the first thing they did was drive my car and my tire flew off and hit my car. It was just loose lug nuts. It could have all been avoided if he had just inspected a car I specifically said I didn't feel safe driving. I now need body work done and my rotor on that side replaced. Kelly refused to accept responsibility or even apologize. He kept trying to blame the last person to touch my wheels. I've never heard of a shop driving your car to figure out the problem unless it's not visually obvious or detected through tests. I'm now looking a lot several days of repairs over $1000 over loose lugs.

Went too get two running boards put on my suv and thay charged me 396.00 lol wow not honesty people at all i wouldnt want any one too go there thay rip you off .

Went there to have a headlight replaced. Headlight itself was $85. They worked on it for an hour and were not able to put it in. They charged me $51 for the time spent plus the cost of the bulb which they put back into the original box. I went down the road to let someone else put it in only to find the bulb was broken. Kelly's did give me a replacement bulb (since they had broken it) but I'm still out the $51 they charged me to only accomplish breaking the bulb!



Furthermore, upon return I to pick up my car elsewhere I was made aware that Kelly's had broken the housing for the bulb by trying to force it in from the wrong direction. I called to request a refund and was told no. I'm really discouraged with their lack of service as well as their lack of knowledge.

Bad customer service! Had to wait and then it took over 30 minutes to change a head light! I would not be going back!
