READ THIS before going to this Store!
I went in to buy a new iphone 7 plus. I told the sales person that I wanted to use the 2 year contract plan so my cost would be less. He got into my account when I gave him my last 4 digits of my social. Without giving me any cost number he ordered the phone on my account. He wanted me to pay the taxes on the full amount for the new phone and use the monthly payment plan. I told him that's not what I wanted and to switch it to the 2 year contract plan. He said that he would switch it when the phone came in to the 2 year contract plan. I said to cancel the order and he said he couldn't until the phone came in. He also said that I couldn't go to another store because he had place the order and couldn't cancel it. I went home and checked my Verizion account and there was an order on my account . I was unable to get cancel it. I had to call Verizion and they canceled it for me. I then went to a real Verizion store and ordered my phone.
