Comprehensive Primary Care (Atoka)

Ii'm not the type person to give a review on anything but when I read the review for Nurse Practitioner, Staci Cownover, I had to do something in her defense of the horrible review someone left for her. I have been seeing Staci for more than three years. She is the most caring, understanding, knowledgeable and professional healthcare provider I have ever seen. I think this person was so wrong in his/her opinion of her. True, I was not there but if she was so rude to him/her that time, I would have seen this side of her at some point during the last three years. I simply don't believe it and I hope people will give her a chance to prove how good she really is. I probably won't write another review so I hope people will pay attention to this one.

Disliked: Saw a PA (Staci Cownover) when I was there. I had scheduled an appointement with Dr. Jackson because I had heard good things about him. The person scheduling the appointment did not tell me that I was going to be seeing someone else for my care until she walked into the room. The nurse practitioner was the worst doctor I have ever been to, and I use the word doctor very loosely. She did not listen to a word I said when she was in the room, acted like she was in a different world. Did not provide any treatment to any of my complaints. Did not schedule tests which were needed. Tried to treat me for something that had nothing to do with any of my complaints. Tried to give me medications that could not be taken together or with my current medications. The only reason I did not give her zero stars is because it won't let me. Took forever to get an appointment to get in to see Dr. Jackson because I was a new paitent but that is understandable and would be fine if i saw Dr. Jackson, Please stay away at all costs. I am going to see real doctor to get some help.
