This has got to be one of the laziest Lawyers I have ever had the displeasure to have contact with. Be warned that if you decide to use him you will ultimately end up having to fix all the problems that he leaves behind. (Since 2004 he still has never cleared the insurance company with a simple letter) Leaving them to believe that the claim is still open or unsettled. I have had to spend literally hours on the phone, and collecting information to fax out. This should have been a routine task he preforms, according to the insurance company, a simple letter from his office would have done the trick. Not Gerald !!! He smiles takes your money and then years later you find he did not do his job. Good Luck if you go to him I don't recommend him for anything.
