He gave me a laundry list of questions to be sure to ask whoever was doing my procedure, just to make sure they know what they're talking about. Dr. Griffin did the test patch for me, ensuring that the laser levels were set appropriately for my skin and hair type. They started me out with one type of laser due to my sensitive skin, and we worked our way up to a totally different laser to get the perfect match. I was very impressed with how careful and thorough they were to make sure everything went smoothly.
