Yes another 1 star, it was not possible I was alone. It used to be a small company purchased by another one. Then oh my it's too big and they forget about the customer, those who make them live. Anyway I had to call several time to pick up my trash they forgot again. What is so difficult about that? Also if you call to cancel, they might say: "Oh it's already payed for next month, you can't cancel". Yes you can, if you insist.

Here is my trash can sitting for more than a week. Also I had rude service last time. I will tell at least 5 more people how they do. But business like that alway's get away with it, and continue to be in business. What a mystery.

Terrible, expensive. They are charging us $86 a month, they've broken the trashcan lid twice! This week they have yet to pick up the garbage, they're two days late! My relative lives 8 mins away and pays $34 only! Go for something else.

Terrible service and even worse customer service when trying to deal with service issues. They service my home inconsistently and because recycle pickups are only scheduled for every other week, this basically translated to ONE pick up per month. I constantly had to call to remind them to do their job and service my home because our garbage always filled up due to missed servicing. They did offer me a refund when I asked to get out of my contract, but said it would take SIX OR MORE MONTHS TO PROCESS. Total joke coming from a company I have NO trust for based on a service track record. The icing on the cake, however, was a $30.00 container removal fee when I canceled the "service" [hard to call it service]. Basically if you use this company you DEFINITELY WILL be disappointed and will be wasting your money on a company who doesn't care about it's customers.

My husband and I have had nothing but poor service from this company. We first started using this company right after we moved into our home in Woodstock GA. We called and got a can and paid all of our bills on time and everything was fine until we missed our first payment. We received a phone call one day after the payment was due and was made aware that our payment wasn’t received, right then we paid it over the phone and was told that everything was good to go. The next week we sat our can out at the street like normal and we were confused to find that when we got home from work that evening our can was gone. So we called the office and of course they were closed. Monday when I finally got someone on the phone I was told that since our payment was 1 day late that we would have to pay ahead for another 3 month term (even though we just paid for the next 3 months that Friday before so this payment would make us prepaid for the next 6 months) before they would give us back our can. So we paid it, we were not happy about it but we had no other trash services in our area. One week came and went, no can so we called and they told us they would leave it the following Friday. Needless to say that was over a month ago and we still have not received our can and every time I called the office I would get the same empty promises!! My garage is now full of trash and is starting to smell up my house and my husband and I are NOT HAPPY!! Now, even though we have paid for trash services for the next 6 months we are having to pay to take our trash to the county dump! If you have any other options for trash services go with someone else or just pay to take your trash to the dump, at least you won’t be throwing away money like my husband and I are!! Worst trash company that we have EVER experienced!!

Terrible experience! You could count on maybe one on-time pickup a month. The rest of the time they would either show up sometime the next day or not at all. Some days I would come home with trash spilled out onto my yard. Customer service is a joke. Wouldn't receive a bill and then a month or so later I would receive a letter of intent??? Don't waste your time!! I switched to Cycle Works. Great service and they are over 35% cheaper.
