BEWARE of the VERY unstable women named "SHELIA" that runs this place.

Talk about a menopausal break down. I noticed her being rude and barking at the people on the other end of the phone when I arrived. I thought, wow, bad day:(



Then, it was my turn to pay, She turned her attack on me in such a loud verbal voice when i brought the 3 empty boxes and asked her to order the 3 supplies that had not been ordered, from the month before (that had already been requested ,last month). She got loud and louder and shorter with me. When I asked her to not speak to me in that tone and delivery, she said, I'm just explaining to you what you CAN'T understand. She called me an idiot in front of her employee and when I explained how unprofessional it was of her and that she shouldn't be bringing in her employee into something her employee just walked up on, in mid stream. But mainly, because after all, it just puts the employee in a bad position.

Shelia called me an idiot again and requested my name. Like really?? Wow, this is the WORST customer service I have ever witnessed.

THE WORST, this womens energy shouldn't be allowed to even speak to the dogs much less work around other human beings with that attitude :(



I use to love this place and have been getting most all of my animal supplies from them since the day they opened ....Till after today!!



After total calculation, My family and I spend over $200 a month there. I guess my little $2400. worth of business a year doesn't mean anything to a small independent dog store.

To the REAL owner of this business: you're a lovely business owner and that's why Iv supported your business and store from the beginning.

I'm sure you have no idea what's happening while your not there. We own 3 businesses and I would pass out and just die if I ever caught an employee speaking to a paying customer like this. Where I come from, the customer is always right and if they're not, it's still my job to make it right for them and for the experience in my store.

I can always replace an employee but I CAN NEVER replace a loyal customer or their money, that it requires to keep my dream and business afloat and alive.

I just hope you don't have to eventually close the doors because Shelia is busy running off your routinely paying customers ..while all along claiming, it's not her.



My family and I will NEVER walk back in that place again till Sheila is OUT of there and never coming back.
