        Overall

        Mr. Perkins is a terrible attorney. My dad and I went to him regarding an issue with a family member and he took the money and stated he could reopen the case which weeks later he got back to me stating he couldnt open due to a statute of limitations. What type of criminal attorney doesnt know the statute of limitations? $1500 in the drain and he did nothing.
