Bersailles Apt

Avoid this place like the plague! The Versailles Apartments suck!



The management is horrible, unrepsonsive, and ignorant!



My aparment is infested with cockroaches. This is the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in.



The staff is very, very unprofessional and unresponsive to tenannt needs. The management simply does not care about anything.



My apartment has raw sewage that backs up from the pipes into both of the sinks in my bathrooms.



I have made repeated requests for my apartment to be repaired, both verbally and in writing, and nobody has even come out to look at the problems and it has been nearly 60 days.



This apartment does not meet Sandy Springs code specifiactions. There is an infestation of cockroaches and other insects.



The parking is horrible and there are not enough spaces for me to park near my building so I have to park on the opposite side of the complex.
