        I am here visiting my son and came to work out with him. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Facilities has all the options the could want and is very well maintained.

        Did not use the trainers...no insught there.

        Check it out. CRUNCH "The Ride" is a blast. Instructors are super. No daily though--you must be a member.

        Best gym I've ever been in. The classes are so fun and all the equipment is top of the line. The Kids Crunch is so awesome too!! Definitely the #1 gym now in Athens.
