I hired American Pest Control because of the knowledge and professionalism shown by their representative, T. J. in connection with a bad mice infestation I was having in my house. T. J. has been extremely caring, helpful and responsive, and I am happy to say that in less than 3 months he has the mice under control. I am no longer seeing or hearing them and I am confident that T. J. will readily dispense with them if any return. I highly recommend T.J. in particular, if you have had any ongoing pest issue that needs personal, focused attention. He will provide it.

James Tayler was my technician. He was professional, courteous and just top notch. The problem required more than one visit and he was always on time and friendly. He made sure I understood the problem and even called to check on the progress. We r still keeping an eye on the situation, but James is an asset to your company!!

The inspector, Steve, was polite, punctual, and professional. He knew his business and explained what he was looking for and why it mattered. After the inspection, he met with me to summarize what he found. He followed up by emailing his report to me. I was very pleased.
