Not only did they charge me a diagnosis fee for trouble shooting my vehicle but did it wrong and the vehicle broke down 5 miles away. Then after waiting for them to open on Monday, they tell me its a faulty alternator plug. So they try charging me again. Well when you change out the alternator the first time and see a faulty plug wouldnt your code of ethics prompt you to replace the plug? And come to find out that plug was the problem the whole time! But they still charged me $250.00 to replace the alternator! Then I go to pick car up second time and its making a noise. Come to find out mechanic didn't put all the bolts in alternator bracket! I am completely embarrassed for them! Then to have mechanic get in my face and argue with me as I'm looking at problem! I think he needs to go to auto school!

If you don't Love your car then take it here as they will pull out ur sparkplugs out ,and put any old piece of junk sparkplug laying around the shop,and put it in ur car! And if they r'not gonna make any money off of ya they will put a hole in ur oilpan or Trans. Pan as they did mine!!! A total screwing is what u'll get from these Pricks w/out any. Kinda Lube.....
