Those in charge of billing, and who are located in Ashland City, are some of the most difficult people to deal with I have ever encountered. Many don't even know how their own billing system works. It also seems that many are not above lying to you, and are very good at giving people the run-around. I have dealt with them many times over many years and it never changes.



I recommend dealing with the "Patient Notebook" people (who are out-of-state/out-of-country) noted on your bill, OR avoid their service entirely. These people are definitely the blackest of black marks on Samaritan Hospital, an otherwise great facility.

DO NOT Do business here! They will not work with you on a bill nor will you get any financial help if you can not pay. Even if Samaritan says you are covered 100% you are not! Go some place else!
