        Terrible customer service!! Called because we needed a part and they said they couldn't help us. When we asked for suggestions of another place to look for the part they said " I don't know look it up on the internet and I don't know what to tell you" I would never go back there again for anything, rude customer service!!

        My wife and I purchased a Harman pellet stove from Mainline Heating & Supply. What we experienced since has been Mainline's commitment to education how to work the stove, clean the stove, an open door to answer any questions we might have about the operation of the stove. It is also worth noting the courteous, professional, respectful way we have been treated by this very special business. Thank you, Scott and Karen, for your standards and practices as regards the products you sell and the education/service that insures a stove that functions top shelf in Connecticut's cold winters.
