David P Donahue is a scam artist. Hopefully he's in jail by now but our family was one of probably many who fell for his "nice guy" act. He took a ton of our money, destroyed our home (it's unlivable now), and literally disappeared. We tried to go after him legally and people even went looking for him but he evades everyone when he's caught, and is apparently filing bankruptcy. He'll probably (or maybe already has) open under another name so just be sure you're not working with David P Donahue from North Carolina. This was the worst experience of our lives and we still have not recovered sadly. We were definitely taken.
