Asheville Nails

I am in Asheville for my brothers wedding and had my nails done by a small place in black mountain. I was extremely disappointed and called Asheville nails immediatley. They got me in within in the amount of time it took me to drive from black mountain to Asheville and did an amazing job! I have done pageants for many years and know what good nails look like. Asheville nails did a fantastic job and their employees were well trained and polite. They were able to fix my toes and finger nails in less than 35 min. When I return to Asheville I will visit Asheville nails again! I highly reccomend them!

I really wanted to like this place. It is in a convenient location, good massage chairs, they offer you free small waters, shop is pleasant. But the first time I went with my mom, I only got a manicure, and the lady spent 90% of the time watching the TV, and there was almost no massage. However, I always like to give a place another try, as figure maybe the other people who work there would be better. So I went with my boyfriend and his ten year old daughter a few days ago. Thankfully the younger man who did her mani/peri did a nice job, treated her great, and got rid of a bad ingrown nail she had. She was thrilled. I had an older man who did mine, and he nipped me three times to where I was bleeding, quite painful, and now one of those areas is infected. I have NEVER been cut during a mani/peri, much less three times in one appt. My boyfriend also was cut by the woman working on him. My massages were almost missed they were so quick. And then at the end, while I had asked in the beginning if a child's service was cheaper and they said yes, they charged $42 for a man's mani/peri, $5 more than a woman's. And for what? Guys normally don't get polish, so there should be less work, time and product involved. I have never seen a nail salon charge more for men. And it was impossible to discuss as no one spoke English well enough for us to have a conversation. Extremely disappointing in general, and quite upsetting to get an infection from it.
