The assistant who got me ready for the exam was a gem and so was the very nice lady at the desk I couldn't be happier with them.



The Doctor was another matter entirely. He was incredibly rude and it felt like he may even have been going out of his way to make me uncomfortable at times. I was so dissatisfied I went to a more expensive place in the mall to buy my glasses after the exam because I didn't what him to get any more of my money.



The prescription was an improvement over my old one so I wont give him a zero but I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

After 4 frustrating visits to opticians in a-ville, I arrived here and it was like stepping back in time. The Optometrist met me, assessed my needs and took care of me like the good-old days.



He learned I had lost my glasses and was desperate to see, so he talked me into a pair i could get in much shorter time for about 1/2 of what I thought I'd spend.



Go figure! There are still craftsmen who take pride in their profession, unlike the order-takers at the chains.
