The Fitness Equation

I have been a member of the Fitness Equation in Ashburn at One Loudoun since November 2016. Best decision I ever made. I actually enjoy going to the gym to work out. No one is judgemental, the staff is great, and the trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly. I began working with my personal trainer, Jon Cowden officially in Feb 2017. He has been in my shoes, so he knows how best to work with me and what I need to do to achieve my goals. He is friendly, personable, and he knows a lot when it comes to integrating cardio and strength training together. He also throws in a little yoga, which helps to switch things up. He shows genuine interest in your concerns and what your goals are. He works hard to make sure you get the best and most out of your workout...which is never the same. He is a great motivator and I highly recommend him if you are looking for a trainer who knows the struggles of weight loss, the importance of movement and good health.
