Academy 4 Enrarichment

I hate this program it really doesn't help. They don’t have good teachers and copy problems from workbooks that are copyright not making their own, the answer key is often wrong and it is really biased because they don't treat everyone the same. They stated they have state of the art classrooms, not true these classrooms are all messed up, walls are drawn on. The chairs are all messed up. The employees are not easy to work with and not cordial at all. I really don't like their business. There is this employee that does not treat people fairly and shows hatred. If parents are late, then they just leave without worry. Another thing I would like to get out it when someone scores poorly, they will address it to the class. The owner is not into the business makes others do the job, staff are mostly consisting of parents and inexperienced teens. They even cancel the class if few people are present. They lack teachers no teacher is sticking around for more than a month. In addition to that, there are grading errors. The owner is never at South Riding location. When you get into class you don’t have enough time to refresh your memory and teachers are not aware of anything. Another thing I took note of was when communicating on the phone and asking for something they always stall saying ‘I will call you back’ but most of the time never happens.
