Parr Elementary School is an educational facility that enrolls more than 260 students in pre-kindergarten through grade six. The school s curriculum includes reading, writing, science, art, vocal music and math. In addition, it administers the English Language Learners program. Parr Elementary School operates a drama club and features a library. The school has a choir and student council. It offers opportunities for students to participate in a variety of science fairs and spelling bee competitions. Parr Elementary School governs a parent-teacher association that supports fundraising events and social functions. The school is a part of Jeffco Public Schools, which is one of the largest educational districts in Colorado.
