I will never use this business again. I dropped off 4 flat panels of fabric to be dry cleaned Wed May 1. No other special instructions were given. I was told they'd be ready Sat. May 4 and the total that was told me was approx. $14.99. I didn't take my wallet in and asked if I could pay when I picked up the fabric panels. No problem. I picked up the 4 panels of fabric Sat. the 4th, paid what I thought was the amount that was told me when I dropped the fabric off and didn't get a receipt.

Imagine my shock when I looked at my bank acct. online Sunday to see a $74 charge from Dr. Cloth Dry Cleaners. They are closed til Tuesday but I will be going to my bank to dispute the $74 amount that I did not authorize.

I called Tuesday and she argued with me about what she told me. She said she told me it would be $18.50 times 4. She speaks very poor english and I would have never agreed on $74 if she had told me that upfront. Then she tries to tell me that it messed up her dry cleaning machine. I'm not a regular customer and feel she takes advantage of people often and gets away with it.

She deals with the public. One would think the owner would want to work with a customer instead of lying about what she said she told me and then lying about it messing up her dry cleaning machine. She did not show me the receipt when I picked up but only gave me the small paper to sign for my debit card. I'll say it again... had I been told what she was going to charge I WOULD HAVE NEVER AGREED. I couldn't afford $74!!! Why would I agree to it? Never again!

This place has come through for me more then once on short notice. I had some clothes altered for a wedding, they came back looking professional, stitched as if it came from a factory. Friendly responsive service always. I only come to this place for all my alterations, press steam and dry cleaning needs. I recommend Dr. Cloth to anyone.

Dr. Cloth has been taking good care of my clothes for years. I recently broke my foot, and needed help modifying pants so that I could get them on over my cast. Dr. Cloth put zippers in my inseams so that I can easily take my pants on and off, and look as sharp as can be with them on. She assures me she can make my pants look good as new without the zippers when the time comes. Dr. Cloth is terrific, and always reasonably priced.

I have been going to Insuk for all my altering, cleaning and preserving needs for over 10 years now. She has by far exceeded my expectations when it comes to handling my items. She has cleaned and preserved some of my most precious belongings such as my Wedding Dress, Ball Gowns & Native American Pendleton Blankets. She has altered not only my clothes but my curtains as well. And as far as cleaning, all of my items come back better than new! :) To top off her great work, she is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet! Your belongings are definetly in good hands.

I know I can iron my own shirts. But when it's less than $2.00 to clean and press, why would I? I have tried other places, but sometimes I have to redo the creases. Thanks to Insuk and the rest of the crew. So far, so good. It's nice to wake in the morning and know my clothes look sharp.

This was my first time visiting Dr Cloth. I was caught off guard when I was greeted with a big smile. It may not seem like a big deal but the friendliness shown towards me made me feel welcome. Every business should do it but few actually do. I don't normally take the time to comment on a business, but I wanted to share some positive feed back on a company that seems to have it right.

I was joking with the folks here about eventually having to buy new suits because I've been enjoying the married life too much. They let me know they could let out my suits to make them last longer. I know I'm putting off the inevitable but they saved me thousands for the time being. Thanks. By the way, I can only understand half the things she says, but she always has a smile.

Needed my pants altered before I went out of town. Of course I waited last minute. I was able to get the alteration done in a few hours. The pants looked fine. She did a quick, and excellent job.

I had a dress that was pretty complicated with a lot of boning... I took it to Insuk for alterations and she did such an AMAZING job. I needed it taken in four dress sizes and you can't even tell it was altered. It fits me perfectly! I take all of my alterations there now. She does a great job on everything and can do things in a time crunch if needed as well. I would highly recommend her!

I take all my clothes here for alterations. Insuk does great work and is very personable. My clothes always look the way I want them to. She does all kinds of alterations- if I can think of it, she can do it.
