        You have to use this property ...

        You have to use this property management company if you're an absentee property owner! We've been using them for going on 7 years and they've been fully professional all along. Even during the housing recession when renters weren't going to pay top dollar, Cal-West lowered the rent in increments until the price became attractive. They've handled all of the maintenance, termite control, HOA issues; we've been very happy with their service. We live 3000 miles away.
