The UPS Store

The people there are nice enough but they lost my package. It was a simple envelope of notarized documents, so not easy to get new ones, and they lost them. After a little over a week of looking they gave up the hunt but by some stroke of good fortune, USPS found the package and returned it to the UPS store that I originally sent them from. You'd think that losing a package would make them a little more careful with this second change, but they decided to throw caution to the wind wrote down the wrong ship to address. Long story short, if you want your package to go to get to the right person on time, don't use this UPS store.

I have my own consulting firm. It is a small but vigorous company that as I have been standing it up (Virginia Incorporation, etc) I have been going to #6199 for more than a month now... each and every time Matthew Reid, the owner and his employees have been (not just professional and courteous - you expect that of UPS!) but they have gone well out of their way to assist me in what aspects they can as I establish Risen Atlantis Incorporated. The KEY and critical item they furnished me was a mail box that is sufficient in specifications to hold my residency in Virginia despite an upcoming business opportunity of a couple of years! (remember VA incorporation)



This was just one example of their assistance as I shipped, designed business cards/logo/stationary/etc... I am very pleased with Matt and his store, I only can hope my business/employees fair as well as his!!!!
