        Overall

        Only gave 1star because negative ratings are not available. Their poor customer service is only surpassed by the laughable quality of their sharpening service.

        I brought four tools in for professional sharpening and restoration. The owner refused to work two on reason they had some rust - which I thought was what "restoration" took care of. Of the other two tools, I could have done a better job myself with my stones and saved the money and headache of trying to even get to their home-based business.

        Will not use again.
