Super Braids & Weaving Salon

I made an appointment earlier this week to get both of my little girls hair braided and I showed up at the shop 5 minutes early and it was full! I spoke to the manager and I told her I had an appointment and she brushed it off and said "oh I don't remember who I spoke to and we got busy" then proceeded to sit my children in a side hair room behind her still no one rendered any service and I had an appointment. On top of that she looked at their hair and tried to say that it would be $20 more each head not even taking into consideration that I was still patiently waiting even though I should have been getting serviced when I walked in the shop that's the point and making an appointment in the first place!!! Even though I wanted to make a big scene or prove my point I just decided to leave and I've been to the shop 3 times before but I promise me and my friends and family will not be coming here for any other service at all, and I will make it a point to make a review on every social media site that I can. It was horrible customer service the lady was very rude and did nothing to fix the issue her fixing it was over charging what we had agreed to and discussed with pictures and pricing. Very disappointed it makes it really hard to support our black businesses when things like this happen.

I have been coming here to get my hair done for years and the service is remarkable!! I am always excited about my hair and get compliments daily even when my hair needs to be redone!! Just want to say thanks for always keeping me beautiful whether I'm getting braids or a sew in!!!!

I always get quality service from the staff and owner. Ms Betty gets it down and she has good quality hair.

When i walked in I was met by the door with a friendly welcome.The manager goes around to check individual job--I like that. When it was done,I was advise to call or come back if any of the braids are loose or fell off because my hair was very short on the side. The braiders was nice and friendly.Great job,price is reasonable and fair.Great experience,will definitely be back.

I have been coming to Betty for weaves for the last 6 years and she is simply amazing!! Betty has also braided my hair in many different styles and she is fabulous on my hair.

I just get my crochet done .love it l will be back to get my box braids in a month thanks guys. Very professional

Super braids is the best hair braiding shop in the DFW area. I have been in Texas for three years and I get me and my daughters hair done there. Mrs. Betty the owner is very polite and will work with you with what ever hair style you want. The prices are reasonable and the styles are fast and done correctly, I have never set in the shop for more then 4 hrs no matter what style I get. If you want your hair done right for any night.
