I am a social worker at a nursing home in Arlington. I referred one of our residents to this facility and was very disappointed with their services. I would give 0 stars if I could.

When trying to get things taken care of they will take your money and provide poor service and when trying to resolve any issues you best believe you will not get any phone calls back.

Please save yourself the time and money, and do your research now. DO NOT GO TO PERLA DENTAL IN ARLINGTON, TEXAS OR ANY OF THERE LOCATIONS. I cracked my temporary crown and swallowed it that would not take me in for an emergency checkup; I had to wait the entire weekend to be seen. They put another one in and that did not stay in as well. It has been 9 months now and I still do not have a crown on my tooth and they would not reimburse me as that I could go somewhere else. When I informed the dentist that I wanted to seek treatment elsewhere, the office refused to release of my records and wanted to charge me and when I did pick up my records they purposely gave me the wrong ones. Also they let their assistances work on your teeth, not the dentist.
