        Not So Good After The Sale

        In the initial buying experience, everything went well. We went to their appreication dinner and felt that we were valued customers HOWEVER, it's been three months now and we're experiencing problems with the staff not delivering what they have promised. A variety of people continue to make promises, but to date, not fulfilled.
