Bringing 15 years of counseling to the experience, I believe my role is assisting you to reach YOUR goals and realize YOUR own potential. One of my many specialties is working with military and military families. I'm a proud military spouse of a wounded warrior, I have helped my own children cope through deployments and I'm a daughter of a Vietnam Veteran. I utilize a variety of theories and interventions in my practice, depending on the experiences you may be facing.
