Bay State Property Management

I don't know how these people live with themselves. Our condo building in Acton has had major heading issues (including no heat on freezing days). Despite multiple phone calls from many tenants over a year has gone by and nothing has been done. There is zero grounds upkeep unless tenants do it themselves. Or parking lot is the only one in the area still completely covered in snow. The outside door doesn't lock, and now no longer has a doorknob. They should just be ashamed to have their names attached to this place.
