        Overall

        We visited the doctor for vaccination card for my kids for their school admission. Doctor did some blood work and urine test for the enrollment and prescribed sugar test, dental test, vitamin D test and thyroid test instead of just consulting the out of California record and make a new card. Unnecessary wastage of time, I am changing the doctor and will not visit him again.
