Spa BenMarNico's

I have gotten several services done at this spa and it is simply amazing EVERY TIME I visit! The staff, the products they use, and most of all my experience is GREAT!

Two bad experiences---I'll start with the more serious one. I got my wife a gift card for a massage for Mother's Day, but she didn't use it until late August. A half hour after she got home, Spa Ben Mar Nicos called and told her that her gift card was already spent earlier in the month. My wife assured them that she had not been there at that time, and she wondered how the gift card could have been spent when she physically handed it to them. The person she talked to was very rude--my wife had to repeat to her at least 5 times that she had not been in earlier in the month, and she began to worry that someone had stolen her identity. She was told a manager would call her back.



Later in the day, the manager did call back and explained that they had mistakenly looked at the wrong name in the computer, which was similar to my wife's. All she got for being interrogated and treated like crap was an extremely lukewarm apology. To say that that added stress and defeated the whole purpose of the massage is an understatement. When my wife told the manager she didn't think she'd be coming back, the manager actually laughed.



The other experience took place before this one. She had paid for a 30 minute pedicure but was done in less than 20. The big thing that stuck with us was the lack of professionalism there. It doesn't seem like they value their customers much.

I wanted to send a message to the owner about my party's experience at Spa Ben Mar Nico's in November. After numorous UN-returned messages trying to reach the manager/owner by phone, I wanted to express my displeasure and dissatisfaction in this spa.



I have been to numerous Day Spas locally and internationally, and I have never seen such disorganization and unprofessionalism in a spa before.

In the past, I had not only recommended Ben Mar Nico's, but also purchased gift certificates as gifts. I no longer recommend this spa or it's inexperienced staff to anyone, and highly DIScourage people from paying money for such a lack of quality.



I can not believe you advertise as such a high-caliber spa, then deliver such mediocre service. I was ashamed that I even brought my ladies there for our spa day. Every one of us was let down and will not return.



It is very bad business to ignore your clientele and not bother to return messages when people take the time to try and reach you numerous times. Your lack of attention, lack of organization and lack of interest showed, and I actively tell everyone I can NOT to go there! I also know many business people in and out of the area, and they are well aware to stay away!



I expected much more professionalism!
