        They were more than happy to let me lock in a price for the upcoming heating season even though i had missed the deadline to get it back earlier. the price was a little higher since the market went up but still very fair.

        Great Service! Garrow was able to honor their propane contracts throughout the shortages this last winter. I have heard many other companies were not able to do so. I would recommend for any and all propane/oil customers. I could not disagree more with some previous comments all of the staff were friendly and helpful both in person and on the phone.

        The woman who answers their phone is the RUDEST person ever. Do NOT use them if you can avoid it. And just like the last review I see here, MY money on my account from last year also disappeared. I did not like having to even give them one star here. I think I need to contact a lawyer about them.

As you mentioned above that you need to contact a lawyer, if you have already done so please have them contact us by phone or email as well to resolve the issue.         If you like a company that steals your credit on your account we had from the previous year, and continuously lying and changing their story and being rude on the phone and getting hung up on multiple times when questioning them about what happened to it. Then i do suggest Garrow Oil. But if you don't like supporting thieves then i would suggest going elsewhere...A one star rating is still unbelievably to high. How a company like these jokers can still stay in business is beyond me...{rant off}
