We have been there twice, July 2012 and Feb 2013. Both times the bar and dining areas have been set nicely and spotless clean. The kitchen staff, servers and food was at both times excellent. Parking is at the door and you don't have to walk two blocks through the building to get to the festivities. We would recommend them at any time.

I had my wedding here early this year. The building is beautiful. I decided to have my wedding here because we got a whole floor to ourselves--our own bar area, cake area, restrooms, dinning area, and dance area. However, the owner lady was unforgivably rude. She scoffed at me numerous times and almost made me cry the week before my wedding day. She didn't like my center arrangements, which were simple and nature based. They boast that they set up everything if you pay for the package. I asked her if they could put tulle bows on the back of chairs. She made it very difficult and when I went to show her what I meant--apologizing for not being an excellent bow maker--she actually laughed at me and walked away. My bridesmaids and I had to go in early and rush to do all the bows ourselves before guests arrived. The owner never even offered my husband and I a test tasting for the dinner. She was even slightly rude to one of my guests who was trying to take my picture--because the owner wanted to put the snack food out. Also, my husband and I wanted to do a quick 20 minute ceremony at the wedding to exchange vows in front of our guests during our allotted time in the space. She would not allow this without charging a few hundred more. It was ridiculous. Looking back, I feel she really ruined the whole experience for me and I want people to know that the beautiful facility does not make up for her rudeness.

i am getting married june 16 2012 and i wnt here on april 16th for my consultation. and debra was very rude to start with, my mother, my children and myself were looking around the hall on the top floor and she was yelling for us, helloo, you who, and that turned me off right away, i mean really you can't walk 2 more feet to come and introduce yourself?!?! well then she wouldn't let us ask the questions we wanted, she kept telling us let me go over the info then u can ask questions, she treated us like we were in kindergarden. i knew what i wanted and i didn't care about other weddings that were there or what other people did. and as far as their $500 deposit, she wouldn't work with us at all, we were going to pay 1/2 then and 1/2 in 2 wks. have you seen this economy latley?!? so she was very rude, unprofessional, and i found a better place for 1/2 her price!! i wouldn't NOT reccommend this place to any of my friends that are getting married !!!

I have never in my life treated as poorly as I was tonight by the owner of Fox Banquets. I stopped by after work (I work two blocks away) to check on the choices my son and his soon to be bride made for their rehearsal dinner. I first had to search for an office, as one was not obvious, and when I found it I was greeted by the owner in a condescending tone. Her first words were "did you have an appointment."



If it weren't so close to the wedding I would have cancelled and booked somewhere else.
