Dr.Willburne is awesome. I Thank God for her , she deliver all of my 3 kid's. Thank you for what you do and my the lord continue to bless you. It's not easy having a busy job and trying her very best to help everyone. I'm very happy with her I been her patient for almost 10 years.

I'm just going to be honest. I used to work there as part time and the staff members were so rude ! They were extremely unprofessional and caused a lot of drama with me when I treated them nicely. Dr. Wilburn was nice at certain times and unprofessional at others. This was the most unprofessional clinic I've ever been too. I'm glad I left and my second job was a lot better. No respect and Ill manners. Find a better clinic.

I am not big on leaving reviews, but after the doctor called me directly and left a message stating "If you are not happy with what we are offering you, I would suggest you find another doctor for your care". I felt others would be better served saving themselves the trouble of going through the same experience. This came after a conversation that I had with the receptionist concerning appointment scheduling. I was not rude when I informed the receptionist that I could only come in early in the mornings on specific days because the office restricted children from attending visits. I have had several visits and had to wait two hours or more to see the doctor after arriving on time for my appointment. My husband works in the evenings and I have three kids that if unable to go with me to the doctor need to be watched by my husband. I do not have anyone else to watch my kids for me so I am limited to a few days a week in the mornings since the doctor is not very considerate of my time meaning I have to schedule appointments early in order to make sure I can be home in time for my husband to go to work. I had already pushed my appointment back a month to make sure that I could get an early morning appointment, when that appointment needed to be rescheduled (because they could not keep my appointment) I was informed it was not possible to accommodate my needs. I had already informed the receptionist that I was basically being forced by all the restrictions set by the doctor to find a different physician and thought the issue was already settled. Dr. Wilburn called me at that point only for the purpose of getting the last word and basically to assert her authority over the situation. Which was not necessary since I had tried very hard to work with the office and they simply made it impossible.

I'm LIVID with this office. They incorrectly submitted a routine pap to a lab that doesn't accept my insurance. I received a bill from the lab over one year later. When I contacted Dr. Wilburn, her office said that they would take care of it. Five months later, I received a collections notice for the lab-work. She and her office kept giving me the run around and finally, today (just two months after my collections notice) told me I had to take care of it on my own. This is a routine pap smear covered by my insurance. Because of their negligence, my credit and my wallet took a hit. I am leaving their office after 4-5 years of being a patient. Any doctor who says "they will take care of it" but lets their patient sit in collections due to their office's negligence will no longer be a doctor of mine.



Also, there is some decent staff in there, but it's hit and miss. Vanessa was the kindest and helpful of all. I hope her good energy will turn that office around because no patient should EVER be treated like I have been.

Great doctor

I had pain in my stomach for years. I went to many doctors in the high desert, they said it was because I was over weight. This went on for years. I told Dr Wilburn where the pain was, she examine me found out I had a hernia. Then referred me to a surgen. She is very professional, kind & patience. Also she is very through and takes her time with her patients. I just referred her to my cousin, who is pregnant , & I'm sure she will be satisfied. Keep up the good work Dr. There are not many of you up here.

POOR TREATMENT OF A PATIENT!!!

My experience with Dr. Wilburns office was the worst experience I have had at a gynecologist office. I had an ultrasound done at the request of Dr. Wilburn in the month of August. I did not here back from the office regarding my test result for two weeks. So, I called to get my test results. Six+ phone calls later (none of my calls were returned,but each time I called I was informed that my file was on Dr. Wilburns desk or in her car because she sometimes takes the patients files home for review....always an excuse!), several weeks later, and after much distress and anguish and living in pain, I spoke with a nurse that informed me "Everything is alright, if there was anything wrong with you the doctor would have called". I let her know that everything is not alright and Dr. Wilburn is aware that I have uterine fibroids, which we discussed in my consultation and that is why she wanted to do the ultrasound, to get a perspective from her tests. I had come to her for a second opinion on my condition. A staff member had informed me that the Doctor had written "FILE" on my test results, which means to just file away the results without discussing with patient, NOTHING WRONG! At this point I went into the office and obtained copies of my test results and went to the hospital to obtain copies of my ultrasound. As the results indicated, THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG! I have uterine fibroids which have been causing me significant pain, as I shared in detail with Dr. Wilburn! Dr. Wilburn is unprofessional, the staff is extremely unprofessional (on more than one occassion I was put on hold for 10-12 mins), I was given inaccurate information regarding my test results by a staff member,I was given the run-around and never an honest answer, let alone a little compassion for a patient in alot of pain. I had the ultrsound done in August and didn't get my result until October, and the only reason I did get them is because I went to the office to pick them up myself! THAT'S RIDICULOUS & UNPROFESSIONAL!
