This facility is a disappointment to the medical profession. Assuming that I am the average client, my experience was among the worst I've had in my 60 years of life. I was treated with no respect, dignity or care. I never saw a physician. I saw a nurse practitioner who made no change or plan for my care of any sort. I " self terminated" my care and sought help elsewhere with Dr. Schooley at CPS in White House, which so far is exemplary.

I had been in pain mgmt for years in another state but when I moved to TN I made the horrible mistake of going to this group. From the first visit the Dr York changed all my pain meds even though I told him it had taken years for my Drs to get my pain manageable. Dr York even called my Drs but he cut my meds anyway & I suffered for 2 months until another Dr at least gave me some relief, but that was very short lived. Then a nurse practitioner (you never see a Dr once you are a pt there and you never see the same nurse practitioner twice) cut my meds in half a month later and I suffered for anther 2 months even though I was begging for relief. I had a 3rd doctor there after only 4 months, Dr. Hill, who even refused to speak to me on the phone when I called crying in pain. They also put me through endless, useless tests and procedures I had been through before and it only made things worse. Do not go to this practice unless you enjoy being treated without dignity or respect.

this pain clinic is the best in the world staff and the doctors can not be beat I have been going to this pain clinic for the past 5 years and will not go to another and I have a 4 hour drive to get there and it is worth it I love my doctors there dr. leone dr. miller like I said best in the world
