In-Shape Health Clubs

The secret is out now!!! I have seen lots of gyms and fitness centers, and this one has got to be in the top 1 or 2 I have ever been to. First of all it is HUGE, with lots of sunlight, high ceiling's and a real open air quality. The equipment is new and they have so much stuff, I can't think of anything they don't have. There is even a private quiet training and stretching area. and they give you a bunch of free training sessions to get you started. I don't do much aerobics but there are lots of classes and from what I hear they are great, but I did take a Yoga class, and I have never been so relaxed. The staff is very friendly. Nice to be at such a nice place.

Great classes and good selection of machines, Nice staff. However, management needs help! The management is nearly non-existant, customer service skills are lacking, and there is no one in charge. Additionally, despite the wonderful cleaning staff, the place is filthy (the hard workers are not provided with the right tools for proper cleaning). Limited choices for area healthclubs- I'm a member b/c there aren't nearby alternatives. If there were, I'd be gone in an instant.

Oh, I hear they have car break-ins in the parking lot all the time but don't want to alarm the members so they "quietly" warn us.

If they offer trial memberships, I'd go that route before committing right away otherwise you may end up stuck and unhappy.

THIS GYM HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED; A SEPERATE PLACE FOR WOMEN, CLASSES, POOL LOVE IT
