        This is the WORST Metro PCS I've ever been to. The manager was extremely rude... Almost HATEFUL. A guy was in the store discussing his account pin and the customer service agent starting yelling and arguiuing with him. The guy WS shocked. The manager sided with the employee who was terribly wrong. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I'd recommend not even shopping at MetroPCS due to their horrible service.
