Nail Works

I told the guy that I wanted gel mood polish, he gave me a set of gel colors and assured me that the color I chose was in fact mood polish. After he was done, I asked him again, was he sure that this was mood polish, again he said yes and told me that it changes with cold or hot temperatures. Well as soon as I got home, I went to wash my hands in cold water and the polish did not change. I immediately called the shop to inform them that I was not given what I asked. They told me to come back and they would redo my nails for me. At that time, I also informed her that I did not live in the area and that I didn't know when I would be back. The women told me that it didn't matter I could come back any time. Well today I called and was told that I had to pay full price all over again because it had been over 5 days. Again, I told her that I did not live in the area and that I wasn't going to make a special trip and drive 30 miles just to get my nails done over again when you were the one who made the mistake. Don't go there, they lie to you about their products just to make a sale. Poor customer service.

I use to live in Annapolis MD and always went to Nail Works no matter where I lived once I moved. My first choice. I only allow Helen to do my nails, that's it that's all. I've known her for like 10-11 yrs now and knows me and how picky I am..... Lol. I love her (0:
