JAMIE NEEDS TO GO BACK TO BEAUTY SCHOOL! I have curly hair and I went to BC to get styling suggestions for curly hair and I said that if you have to cut it, to TRIM IT, I have been growing my hair out and I want to keep it long. JAMIE goes and cuts 14 INCHES off!!! When I got home and realized that JAMIE and her 30 years experience gave me a MULLET! I went back to have JAMIE look at, she even ask if I felt like it was a mullet and I said yes, she proceeds to tell me that its not. She refused to do anything about it. After emails and phone calls requesting to talk to the owner and heard nothing from him, I was finally able to talk to the manager who proceeded to tell me that JAMIE is a level 4A stylist and that it was my fault for having her ruin my hair that I said something wrong. So after not getting any of my $180 that I spent there back, I had to go to a different salon, luckily the stylist I saw was a complete sweetheart and fixed my hair for free! So don't go to this AWFUL RUDE Salon! Don't see JAMIE, she knows NOTHING!

I use to love this salon. The biggest issue it has it goes through stylists like a revolving door. In the past 5 years I have had 3 different stylist. The first left for maternity leave and never came back. I was then assigned to Claire who was fabulous!! I was with her for the majority of my time there. She left and I was then assigned to Cindi. Not a big fan of Cindi-she is odd, but I did like the way she did my hair and the cost was right. Anyways I totally forgot an appt, and when I called back and apologized it was totally my fault I gave them my cell number for future appointments because I rarely check my messages on the land line and always have my cell with me. We re-scheduled the appt for a week later. Now I admit in my head the appt was for 10:30 turns out it was 10:15. I'm in the parking lot and its 10:25 my husband calls and tells me I was left a message by Belli Capelli's that since I have been a no show for a second time I am no longer able to make appts with Cindi and can schedule same day appts. They never did call my cell like I asked, and I found it interesting after 5 years of local patronage I would be left a message saying I could no longer schedule appts. Bad customer service. Anyways it worked out for the best I'm now at Salon Kai over in Champlin and couldn't be happier!! Its an Aveda Salon and the cuts and colour far out weigh anything I ever received at Belli Capelli's So in fact I should be thanking Cindi if it hadn't been for their poor customer service i may still be going there.

Bad color, worse customer service

Never reviewed online before, just don’t go again if I’m not happy. This was/is pretty awful though. Had a foil /cut $240. Showed a pic of myself to Sarah with the color I wanted…didn’t turn out at all. Left for vacation the next day, went back 6 days later for the cut (no time after the color) said I really wasn’t happy the color was way off, after arguing with me…she thought it looked great…Sarah said to schedule with her the following week and she’d redo the highlights. When I called a few days later, the owner Kerri said they weren’t going to redo anything, I waited too long. At these prices you’d think getting and keeping a customer would be top priority, thank heaven there’s plenty of salons who’ll do a customer’s hair the way the customer wants.

I am a new customer... Janelle cut my hair and waxed my eyebrows. She did a great job and she (and the rest of the staff I encountered) were very friendly and personable. The salon is very clean and tastefully decorated - a nice atmosphere. I will be back!
