Business Disputes
Attorney Brendan Boyle is a Partner at the firm concentrating in Commercial Real Estate and Business law with a focus on the financing, acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate. Mr. Boyle joined Dalton & Finegold in 2012. Mr. Boyle represents institutional and private lenders in the structuring and documentation of commercial real estate loans and the negotiation of documents evidencing such loans. He also represents individual and institutional developers and investors in connection with the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate. In addition to his commercial real estate practice, Mr. Boyle represents individuals and existing companies in connection with organizational formation and general corporate matters. Mr. Boyle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College, and received his law degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. He is a member of the Boston chapters of the Real Estate Finance Association, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, the Urban Land Institute, the Boston College Club and the Boston College Alumni Association. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire.

Employment Litigation
Attorney Bill Dalton is a founding and managing partner of the firm, specializing in Residential Real Estate. Mr. Dalton completed his undergraduate work at the University of New Hampshire and received his Juris Doctor degree from the Massachusetts School of Law. He worked as a staff attorney for the National Association of Government Employees and the International Brotherhood of Police Officers, negotiating contracts and handling labor/employment disputes. He has also practiced at two other firms specializing in Real Estate and Corporate Law. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire.

Attorney Shannon Slaughter is a partner at the firm specializing in litigation at the trial court and appellate court level. Her practice involves resolving complex title litigation including determination of title and clearing title defects for recorded and registered land, complex land use litigation involving breach of contract claims, easement disputes, adverse possession claims, determination of ownership of tidelands, zoning appeals, enforcement of restrictive covenants, construction defects, fraudulent title and conveyances, condominium disputes and probate disputes involving contested petitions, incapacity, undue influence claims, and fraud claims. Attorney Slaughter is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the State of New Hampshire. Attorney Kelly J. Shanahan is a partner specializing in Commercial Real Estate. Ms. Shanahan completed her undergraduate degree at River College in Nashua, New Hampshire, and earned her J.D. from New England School of Law in 2002. Attorney Christina Petrucci is a Partner specializing in Residential Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate and Wills and Trusts. Attorney Petrucci joined Dalton & Finegold in 2011. Attorney Petrucci received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Merrimack College, majoring in political science, and she received her law degree from Massachusetts School of Law. Attorney Petrucci focuses on representing Buyers, Sellers, Lender, and Developers. In addition Attorney Petrucci is also called upon a a subject matter expert by instructors who each Real Estate Agent Continuing Education courses. Attorney Petrucci was a student-athlete as a member of the Women’s Rugby team and held the position of Captain her Junior and Senior year. Her previous work experience has been in representing creditors in pre- and post-foreclosure title litigation. She received her undergraduate degree from Northeastern University and earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Debt Collection
Attorney Stephen Bazarian is a partner specializing in Litigation. His practice focuses primarily on tort defense, including premises liability, product liability, and foodborne illness litigation. He also has substantial experience representing clients in complex business and commercial litigation and large-scale debt collection and other creditors’ rights actions. Mr. Bazarian’s practice also includes litigating disputes for commercial landlords and property managers. His clients include a nationwide supermarket chain, for whom he is lead defense counsel for all of the company’s general liability cases in New England. Mr. Bazarian’s thirty years of experience enable him to advise a wide range of clients with regard to potential disputes and to represent those clients through litigation, at trial, and in appeal. Mr. Bazarian is a graduate of Boston College Law School and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the State of Connecticut, and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
