        Overall
        They do good work!

        This family-owned business does excellent work, but they could keep customers informed a little better regarding status. One of their men first came to look at my dishwaasher on Nov. 19, 2007. He told me he had to order parts and would be back in a couple of days, which turned out to be Dec. 1.
