I signed up for a class which was only scheduled on the owner mikes terms. I arrived early and there was a sign on the door to go to another suite. When I got to the other suite there was a sign that read "knock loudly". After knocking and seeing there was no light on I called the owner and told me the class had already started and would have to reschedule for another $35 on top of the original $70. I believe there was no class and this guy mike is just a lazy scam artist. I would no recommend anyone use his service no matter what situation your in. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS CLASS!!!

I recently signed up for a refresher on first aid and CPR at "Respond Systems". I was told the class was on a certin day at a certin time. I arrived early only to find a class already in session. I was not the only person who showed up for this class. I called and FINALLY got ahold of Mike the owner? He Was rude and told me I would need to reschedule and hung up on me. They don't return calls and are very unprofessional. I would never go back and would recommend to everyone to go somewhere else!!!

If you need CPR training go somewhere else. I was working with a client who was was in need of rectification and had two confirmed sources of payment and a credit card guarantee. The owner Mike called and complained AFTER running the credit card about being worried about wether he woud be getting payed. The one star is for the exemplary employee who actually cared about the human being that needed the class in order to keep his job. I will never recommend this business again and I question people who teach about life saving and first aide and seem only concerned in getting payed.
