        The worst banking experience possible. I basically feel like I was robbed of my time in money. I would not wish the stress of dealing with them on anyone. If you have an account with them already, close it immediately and open an account with Alaska USA.

        I wish I had never gone to cu1 for anything. poor customer service, long lines, no help over the phone or online, customer service tells you one thing then the other tells you another thing, repeated mistakes. I will never recommend them to anyone.

        This bank has the slowest lines! Customer service is poor, and they don't have a branch in the valley. My biggest complaint is the slow service though. Just making a simple deposit takes an hour. Been banking here for over 20 years, and it's time to make a change. Currently I am in the drive through, I'm 4 cars back and haven't even moved in 20 minutes! Inside isn't any better either. Terrible bank, look elsewhere unless you like waiting in lines.
