D C Flowers Balloons & Gifts

I received an arrangement via FTD from D C Flowers Balloons and Gifts. The delivery was not on the day it was supposed to be and I stayed at home all day waiting for nothing. They called me at almost 7p.m. that evening and said they were running behind and they would deliver the following day. When I finally recieved the arrangement it was horrible. Most of the petals were falling off of one rose, another rose was close to dying and all the lillies were frozen, brown and dead. The only flowers that survived were the carnations. I was sooooooo disappointed. I called to complain and they would not take them back. So, my advice to you is if you want to make a loved one or just anyone happy with an arrangement of flowers avoid using this flower shop. sincerely, a very unhappy flower recipient of D C Flowers Balloons & Gifts.
