        For starters making the appointment required three separate phone calls. The seconded call I was hung up on, the other two were over 10 min. waiting periods. Secondly asking for an $800.00 figure for repair what your services guys miss diagnosed. In actuality the Schrader Valves were found to be leaking, in essence a $.50 part x 2. Thirdly leaving two voice mails to Mr. Hernandez to discuss the issue as to which he flatly refuse to call back. Fourthly I paid $65.00 for my car to be miss diagnosed which I would like credited back to my account. This company used to be customer service orientated. Not anymore. There are many places to go to in the area that wont rip you off. I recommend seeking them out
