I am an investor and I am so pleased with the work this company did for me. The Broker, Jason, is so professional and helpful. He is always there to help answer all your questions regardless of the time of day. I gave him an offer for a property that I just bought and he got me the property for a much cheaper price. I am now the owner of this property and I have to say I am so pleased with everything and I know that when I purchase my next home it will be with TEPA! They really know how to take care of everyone homeowners, buyers, sellers, investors, and even those who just want free information about real estate. I’d give TEPA six stars if I could!!

I went in to their office just to check out what all the fuss was about and now I understand why so many people are recommending this place! This is THE GREATEST real estate company ever!!!! I was losing my home due to my recent divorce and overwhelming expenses of becoming a single mother, but instead of going into foreclosure and losing everything TEPA helped me short sale my home so that I could save my credit, lose my debt, and have a new beginning with my daughter. They take their jobs really seriously and I was SHOCKED that at the closing they got me $23,000 so that I could move on with my life. Thanks to TEPA I was able to have a new beginning and I was not left empty handed after losing my home. They really give it their all to help all their clients have the best outcomes!!!! I am so pleased with the job TEPA did! They helped release a great deal of stress that had come from having to sell our units and my wife having to get a major surgery. They took care of us as a friend would do; if we ever had any questions or concerns, there was always someone there to help us. Even though we are both sad to see our home go we were glad we worked it out with TEPA because they help you through the whole process and don’t expect you to be giving any money like other companies I have gone to before. My son is now working with them as well and he is almost finished with a successful refinance. This is really a great company! The staff is so professional and everyone in there is always willing to help. The broker meets with all his clients personally so I knew that the whole process of my short sale would turn out alright and it did! They do everything there from sales, purchases, listings, and even loans! It was unfortunate that I had to short sale my home because of the economy, but once I am ready to buy a new one I will be sure to go back to them because I KNOW they will do whatever they can to get me the best rates and the best home.
