The sales rep was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us many choices and was informative with the product.
The finance dept needs a touch of friendly. Very straight to the point, didn't even great us or thanked us for our business.
On the other hand, the sales rep saw us as we were leaving came up to us and thanked us for shopping at Jerome's. He also gave us his business card and asked to call him if we had any questions with our purchase.

We anticipated not finding anything here. We were wrong! We found the bedroom set we wanted with great quality and amazing prices. Lupe helped us and she was great! Our selection was in stock and we are getting it the next day!

Last year we bought furniture for our apt and Anthony was our salesperson. He was so patient and helpful while we decided the items to purchase. Anthony is the main reason we were back today to shop for a recliner. Anthony was not available so another great salesperson named Robert helped us today. Robert was very helpful and friendly and we did purchase a recliner. Jerome's is a great place to buy furniture....and I was certain we would be happy shopping for our recliner here. Anthony and Robert are an asset to your store and I will pass the word on to my friends to shop here and ask for either one of them. Oh and I did have a chance to visit the ladie's restroom and it was so nice and clean.....a very nice surprise.

I just purchased a complete bed set for my son. The gentleman who helped me, Robert, aka Pops was tremendously helpful and a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the product, clear on all parts of the transaction(warranty, delivery, etc.) and very friendly. Thanks for the great service Pops
